Warranty and complaints

Every product must be what you may reasonably expect of it. That is your statutory right (conformity) and it applies on top of anything we promise. If a product has a defect, we repair or replace it, or you get (part of) your money back.

Natural products

Sheepskins, lambskins and cowhides are natural products. Differences in shape, size, wool length, colour and markings are normal and are not a defect. Sizes are approximate. A new sheepskin can lose some loose fibres at first; shaking and brushing helps.

Complaints

Something wrong with your order? Email info@furrock.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. Please do so within two months after you discover the problem. We reply within 14 days. If we need more time, we tell you within those 14 days when you can expect an answer.

If we cannot solve it together, you can bring the dispute to the competent court.
