Returns and withdrawal

As a consumer you have a cooling-off period of 30 days. You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. The period starts the day after you, or someone you named, receive the product. For an order delivered in several parcels, it starts after you receive the last one.

1. Tell us you are withdrawing

The quickest way: use Withdraw from your purchase here. You find this link at the bottom of every page. Fill in your name, email address and order number and press Confirm withdrawal. You receive an acknowledgement by email straight away. No account needed. You may also email us or use the model withdrawal form below.

2. Send the products back

Send the products back within 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing. The acknowledgement email tells you where to send them. The cost of returning is for you. Pack the products well and keep your proof of shipping.

3. Refund

We refund the full amount you paid, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days after you withdrew. We use the same payment method you used. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back, or until you show us you have sent them, whichever comes first.

Handling during the cooling-off period

You may handle the product as you would in a shop to judge it. If you use it more than that and its value goes down as a result, we may deduct that loss in value.

Exceptions

Made-to-measure products, such as a sheepskin carpet in a custom size, cannot be withdrawn. We tell you this before you order. Business customers have no right of withdrawal.
