2. When these terms apply
These terms apply to every offer from Furrock and every agreement you make with us through this website, by email or by WhatsApp. You can read, save and print them before you order. If a separate agreement (for example a business quote) says something different, that agreement applies.
3. Our offer
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Our products are natural products: shape, size, wool length, colour and markings differ per piece. Photos are an indication; colour photos may be a colour indication. Obvious mistakes in the offer, such as a clearly wrong price, do not bind us.
4. How the agreement is made
The agreement is made when you complete your order with Order and pay. We confirm your order by email. If we cannot deliver your order, for example because a product has sold out at our supplier, we tell you as soon as possible and refund any payment within 14 days.
5. Prices
Prices are in euro and include 21% Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Volume discounts are shown on the product page and are applied automatically in the cart. A price change after you ordered does not affect your order.
6. Payment
You pay in advance through the payment methods shown in checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider. For business orders we may agree on payment by bank transfer; we ship once the payment has arrived.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the addresses and with the delivery times shown on our shipping page. We deliver within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot, you may cancel the agreement free of charge and we refund what you paid within 14 days. The risk of loss and damage passes to you when the product is delivered to you or to someone you named.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
You have a cooling-off period of 30 days after receiving the product. You can withdraw online through Withdraw from your purchase here, by email or with the model withdrawal form. Return the product within 14 days after withdrawing. Return costs are for you. We refund the purchase price including standard shipping within 14 days after the withdrawal; we may wait until we have the product back or you show proof of return. Made-to-measure products are excluded. The full procedure is on our returns page.
9. Conformity and warranty
You have the statutory rights that apply to consumer purchases in the Netherlands. Natural variation in shape, size, colour and markings is not a defect.
10. Complaints
Send complaints to info@furrock.com with your order number, within two months after you discover the problem. We reply within 14 days.
11. Business customers
If you buy for a business, these extra rules apply: there is no right of withdrawal; report visible defects within 8 days after delivery; our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence; agreed payment terms apply.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our privacy statement.
14. Applicable law
Dutch law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
15. Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applied when you ordered remains valid for your order.
